Guidelines & Policies

• Wear comfortable, flat-soled shoes to protect the grid surface and ensure proper gameplay.
• Follow all game instructions provided by our staff or the system.
• Keep the grid area free of clutter for safety and optimal gameplay.
• Take breaks if needed—game rounds are short, so pace yourself!

• No food or drinks on or near the grid to prevent spills and damage to the equipment.
• Avoid wearing heels or sharp footwear as they may damage the tiles.
• No running aggressively or rough play—while active fun is encouraged, safety is key!
• Don’t bring pets or non-playing spectators onto the grid.

• Inclement Weather: For outdoor events, poor weather conditions (such as rain, extreme heat, or high winds) may require rescheduling or cancellation. Safety is our top priority.
• Rescheduling: If rescheduling is needed due to weather or other circumstances, we will work with you to find an alternative date at no extra charge (subject to availability).
• Cancellations: In the rare event of a cancellation, please review our refund policy below for details.

• Our interactive grid system is a high-tech piece of equipment. Please use it within its limits and follow all guidelines to ensure it operates smoothly for your event and future users.
• Damage caused by negligence may result in additional charges to cover repairs.

• All participants must ensure they are in good health before engaging in gameplay.
• If you feel unwell or unable to participate, please inform our staff.
